...Friday and I feel a little bit better - but still very concerned. Just like the rest of us! And thanks guys for taking the time to 'comment' on my posts, I appreciate it. I know normally my posts are upbeat but, what can I say, I wear my heart on my sleeve or in this case, my blog...:o) giggle giggle....I hope everyone has a great weekend. I have a bridal shower on Sunday (oh fun) but before that I am going to pass by a local yard sale that I noticed posted on a tree this morning on my way to work. Somehow the two words I noticed were TODDLER CLOTHING AND BOYS!! I figured I'll check it out, maybe I can gather some nice things to donate or maybe some to keep as well, for my little NICHOLAS!!!!!!!!!!!

Todays update...

...has deflated my normally inflated bubble. It gave me a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach and I don't like feeling this way...perhaps tomorrow I will feel better. I just want to share some of these government people and say.........what is your problem? Yes, we want to make sure our children come to us in the proper fashion but come on now! I just shake my head in wonder. Then I get sad thinking of my son, who is probably no where near thought of yet......I see a face in my minds eye and I say, you have to just think positive. You must. They need us to pull for them. And I am trying, I don't plan on giving up at all........but I'm afraid of the program closing......then what? UGH.

Ahoy Matey!!

This, my fellow Bloggees, is the Carnival Liberty which me, Mom and my aunt will set sail on in August. I needed something 'concrete/for sure' to dwell on today...and baby, this is it! I cannot wait to watch movies on the ship. Princess Cruise Lines is not the only now!!!!!!! I think I'll bring Nicholas' little personalized (see pic in previous post) Rubber Ducky...so I won't feel guilty. Guilty I shouldn't....Might be one of the few vacations I'll take being a PAP!!

Happy Anniversary to my Grandparents. Lost my Grandfather Angelo on 4/16/71, at the age of 49!! And my Grandmother Rose on 2/23/97 at the age of 81. I was young when 'BaBa' passed but I was very close to my Gram! Miss you guys. Here's a beautiful picture of them...back in the day. The first picture, there's a man, with a white "T" shirt on, kneeling...that's my Grandfather!

Nicholas' first RUBBER DUCKY!!! Rub-a-dub-dub, there's a HINEY in the tub.....(being silly now) I had another word there, but someone, who didn't sign their email to me, brought to my attention the meaning of that word, although spelled differently...so, hiney, butt or the like will be used instead. I wouldn't use ANY Asian-descent slur.

A few MORE books I have 'collected' for Nicholas. Gee,

I hope he'll like Disney, yikes. He'll have to like Disney,

and baby Faith are going to go on a Disney Cruise!!!! Or any cruise for that matter.

Happy Friday everyone. This weekend I am house-dog-cat sitting. Two cats and two dogs of my own and my parents' dog and three cats....did I mention one cat is an insulin diabetic....oh fun! I don't mind, we're all in the same dwelling so....no traveling. So jammies and java all weekend....Stay safe everyone (NAP)....Love Mommy.

Shame on me for being gullable and not allowing Nicky and the gang @ CHI to let ME know when it's time to be concerned to the point of sleepless nights! And thank you to those who have reminded me of that. Bad Mommy-2-B, bad Mommy-2-B!
