Once again, I am glad to say: Thank God It's Friday!! I don't have anything witty to add today or lately at all so this blog has been reaaaally boring and I'm sorry. I just don't know what to yap about anymore. Does anyone care when my number goes down a few spots!!?? Worth blogging? Nah, I just make my changes to my 'keeping count' spot and that's it. For those Football-widows, make the best of it! Go (who ever is playing) Team!! Ciao for now.

Can you say, MIRACULOUS?
ABC News: Hero Pilot Safely Lands US Airways Jet in Hudson River
I was still at work when a Cold Case Detective came to me for some 'work'...and he had just heard over his portable that a plane had gone down into the Hudson River, near the Intrepid Museum.
Pilot experience and God above landed that craft in the way the text book were written! If I could see the pilots, I'd tell them....after a landing like that, under those conditions....you guys should hang up your wings and just retire. It doesn't get any better than that.
Has it restored my faith in flying.....uh um, uh...I dunno!
Oh did I mention that those people, standing on the planes wings, in 40 degrees waters...

I am excited to say that a fellow PAP and best friend, whom I met thru CHI, Andrea and I are gearing up for a great fundraiser.
What sort of fundraiser you ask?
With a love for food, knowledge of business and a drive for success, we have decided that a cookbook would be a great venture! After tossing ideas back and forth, we couldn't agree more that a book containing authentic recipes from those countries of international adoption as well as our great country, USA would be the backbone!
